Vista Canyon is investing in a wide range of programs that contribute to the natural environment surrounding the community. Vista Canyon’s commitment to sustainability features an assortment of amenities including transit-friendly and zero commute options, solar panels throughout Town Center, architectural sun shades on corporate buildings and more than 120 EV charging stations. These energy saving and energy generating enhancements advance Vista Canyon even closer toward the goal of Net Zero energy. Additionally, the new Water Reclamation Plant, part of the community’s comprehensive sustainability program, will create a recycled water supply to serve Vista Canyon and surrounding communities and achieve Net Zero water usage.
