Meet Julie Sturgeon, CPA

Spec suites at Vista Canyon are available for lease, and Julie M. Sturgeon, CPA has designed her office in our Gensler building. After working in another SCV office for fourteen years, Julie is thrilled to now be in Vista Canyon, where she enjoys her new upscale, customized space and a much easier daily commute. Julie shares that her clients have also really enjoyed visiting the new office and the broader Vista Canyon community.

Having owned a larger office for many years, Julie knew what it would take to operate her business in a new space. “Jim [Backer, CEO of JSB Development,] has been active in the community with the foundation, and he is just really well known out here and really well liked.” As Vista Canyon grew, so did her interest, and she worked with Jim to design her ideal spec suite.

Julia has lived and worked in Santa Clarita for years and she and her husband have always had a passion for giving back to their community. Now, Vista Canyon is so grateful as she joins our growing development. From accounting services to philanthropic efforts, Julie strives to effect positive change and influence, and we know she will continue to make that impact here at Vista Canyon.
