JPI SECURES CONSTRUCTION FINANCING FOR LUXURY APARTMENTS AT VISTA CANYON

JPI has secured $190 million of construction financing for the first major residential development within the Vista Canyon community, Jefferson Vista Canyon. This project will create 480 luxury apartment homes for families in the Santa Clarita Valley and serve as the first phase of a broader vision to deliver a top-of-the-line community to this area. JPI has already started construction.

Jefferson Vista Canyon will deliver premium amenities that are usually only available in developments for denser population areas. These include 2 resort-style pools with spas and cabanas with large screen TVs, a clubhouse with two-way fireplace and entertainer’s kitchen, two fitness centers with state-of-the-art multi-use studios, speakeasy lounge, rooftop deck with barbecue area, and a dog park and dog washing station.
