Models Homes to Open in 2018

Site preparation for Vista Canyon’s 322 for-sale homes is nearing completion. Grading will be finished by year end and the preliminary roadwork and installation of underground utilities should be wrapping up by the spring of next year..

A number of southern California and national homebuilders have been eyeing Vista Canyon since plans for LA County’s most-talked-about transit-focused community were first unveiled. Discussions with homebuilders have been very productive, with an announcement of a builder or builders expected early in 2018. Afterward, home parcels will be turned over to the homebuilder(s) and final designs (subject to City and Master Developer approval), permitting and lot preparation completed. Model home construction will follow later in the year.

The small lot detached and attached homes planned for Vista Canyon will be characteristic of those found in emerging walkable, transit-focused neighborhoods. The format allows builders to offer fresh, urban designs that reimagine conventional concepts and appeal to a broader audience than more traditional suburban neighborhoods.

Contact information for individuals who have registered with Vista Canyon’s online contact list and have expressed an interest in purchasing a home in the community will be forwarded to the homebuilder(s). Vista Canyon will continue to accept information for the interest list until others are established by the builder(s).
