BUILDING BEGINS ON THREE-STORY OFFICE

Construction is underway on Santa Clarita’s newest creative office building – a cornerstone of Vista Canyon’s commercial and retail core known as Lincoln Place. From the ground up, the 56,000 square foot, 3-story reinforced concrete office and retail building is meant to be an exciting and innovative place in which to work, dine and shop. The flagship building introduces a new level of urban office space to the eastern Santa Clarita Valley and establishes an upscale commercial, retail and entertainment destination for the area.   The first of six 3-story office and mixed-use buildings planned for Vista Canyon’s town square area, it is expected to open by the end of 2018 with flexible office space on its second and third floors. A mix of retail and services will open on the ground level shortly thereafter.

The building’s leading-edge design comes from Gensler, the internationally renowned architect behind Facebook’s Corporate Headquarters in Menlo Park, KCET Studios, the Abu Dhabi Financial Center and other highly regarded global developments.
